These people need to get their information right they sent me to another location 20 minutes away saying they could still see me before 5pm I walk in they said they stop at 4:00pm wasted my damn time for nothing

During my visit with Dr. Marissa Tsao, I experienced what I believe to be unprofessional and inappropriate conduct. When discussing my medical history, Dr. Tsao questioned why I was pregnant, which I found to be insensitive and beyond appropriate professional boundaries. Additionally, she stated that I should not be pregnant after having undergone a fibroid embolization, which is medically inaccurate—women can and do conceive after this procedure. This statement made me feel judged and dismissed rather than supported. When I asked if I could record the sound of my baby’s heartbeat (not a video recording), she refused without clear explanation. Throughout the visit, I felt disrespected, uncomfortable, and that my concerns were not taken seriously. I documented the interaction and intend to report this experience to the medical board, as I believe her conduct does not meet the standard of care or professionalism patients deserve. I hope that this complaint helps ensure better communication and compassion toward future patients. RUN especially your African American!!!!!!!! Say no to Dr. Marissa Tsao

Went here because I knew something was wrong with me … obgyn states oh there’s nothing wrong with your urine , 1 week later I’m in the hospital for the same reason I went don’t go to this legacy. You pay your money and they do half the job. Went for a urine analysis and the obgyn wants to give me depressants wth ?!

Staff scheduled an appointment for my daughter to get tested for autism & never informed me that there’s a 1year waiting list in order for my child to get tested. Doctor tells me that front desk don’t know that type of information. So basically we go there just for them to tell you that there’s not enough doctors to perform the test, that it’s a 12 or maybe a little longer to be seen. That could’ve been told over the phone keep from making a blank trip. Doctor tried to justify why the front desk didn’t inform me with excuse after excuse. But I’m a very thorough person in details with appointments etc. she tried but couldn’t convince me in any way. I covered all that she was trying justify. 😡😩

Horrible service by the nurses. For one hour, we were waiting for nothing. My kid needed some real medical attention and not to be treated like cattle without a natural human touch. Also, the facilities were super dirty. Be warned, your kids might get something from this dirty environment in this building
